Cake Poker offers a downloadable poker room for Windows users. At the moment, Cake does not offer a downloadable version for Mac users. Also, they currently don't offer a flash poker room, so if you're on a Mac you're out of luck unless you have a PC emulator on your computer.

Cake Poker Download Process
To get started at Cake Poker, click the download link in the blue box above. When you click the link, a box will pop up on your screen asking if you'd like to download the FullCakeSetup.exe file. Click 'Save As' to begin the software download. The download should only take a few seconds, and once it's done you need to double click the FullCakeSetup.exe file to start the install.
NOTE - if you can't find the FullCakeSetup.exe file after saving it, check your desktop or recent downloads to find it.

After you've found the FullCakeSetup.exe file and double clicked it, a new window will open up. This is the Cake Poker installer. Basically, to complete the install you just need to click Next, Next, and Next until it is done. Once the install is done you can open up the Cake Poker program.
When you open up the Cake Poker software for the first time, you'll have to click New Account to set up your player account. To create your account, you'll have to type in some info including your name, email, address, age, and Cake Poker sign up code (if you have one). Once you click Submit on the form, your account will be created and you'll be ready to play.
Your final step, if you so choose, would be to deposit so you can play poker for real money. This is up to you though - Cake offers tons of play money tables so you can test it out before you risk your own money. Good luck!
